Oh My Goodness.

I know I have not blogged in awhile. Perhaps you can relate to months of not being sure if a trip will take place, or an illness will end up to be devestating or if it is safe to visit with people. So much disruption. So much uncertainty. Loss.

As we enter 2022, the PebbleCreek resale market is characterized by scarcity. There were only 13 houses on the market at the beginning of the year. And this is not the same scarcity that we saw at the beginning of 2021 when homes were selling at a record pace – in 2021 there were just a few homes on the market at any one time because they were selling so quickly (in some cases before they even hit the market). Now, there just aren’t many homes available.

As covid moves through Arizona, mutates, and moves through again, PebbleCreek amenities are largely open and life appears to be moving toward a new normal. That being said, the beauty of this part of the country is that the weather is (for the most part) beautiful and at this time of year one amenity that we can all enjoy – covid or not – is the joy of being outside!

If you are thinking about relocating to PebbleCreek – or buying a second home here – I cannot stress enough the importance of working with an agent who knows the community. We can expect the market to change more than once in 2022 – give me a call or send me an email if you would like to be added to my PebbleCreek Market Update distribution list.

Happy New Year!
