PebbleCreek is a 55 and over Active Adult Community.

And that means a lot of things – but it does NOT mean that you have to be 55 years old to live here. There are provisions for folks to move here as long as one person in the home is at least 40 years old – I was not 55 when I moved in (but have most certainly crossed that threshold since!).

You do have to be 19 years old to live here in any permanent way, though it is not completely unusual for adult children to move in with their parents.

On the other side of the spectrum, for many people, the move to PebbleCreek includes making accomodations for aging parents – either finding a home with living space that offers everyone some privacy or considering local independent or assisted living. Robson Reserve, which is adjacent to PebbleCreek, meets that need for some families. In addition, Caring.com has catalogued useful information about care options in the Goodyear area.

Finally, there is a new model at PebbleCreek that could work very well for multi generational families and I would be happy to set up an opportunity for you to speak with the Robson staff about the opportunities that exist in new construction.

Don’t hesitate to reach out!! I am happy to help in any way.
