You can’t miss the construction.
Just outside the PebbleCreek Tuscany Falls gate, a large multi-unit residence is being built. The project, years in the planning, is an independent and assisted living residence for seniors that is expected to open in spring of 2019. The property is being built by Robson (the same builder as PebbleCreek) and is named Robson Reserve.
Robson Reserve will have its own facilities (read more about it here); Reserve residents who want regular access to the HOA facilities at PebbleCreek will be able to buy in to those amenities. That being said, if I had a crystal ball (and I obviously don’t) I would wager that Robson Reserve will be a huge success that will fill easily. There are so many markets to pull from – long term PebbleCreek residents who want to downsize but stay near friends, newer PebbleCreek residents who want their parents to live nearby, and local folks who are in need of a little bit of help.
Many current PebbleCreek folks are definitely watching the construction with plans to move in next year and it seems more than likely that the opening of Robson Reserve will result in a measurable change in the PebbleCreek resale market next year.
